HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign up for our monthly subscription
2. Once payment is made through PayNow, we will immediately commence the washes every week.
3. Ensure your car is parked at the HDB carpark from 8pm-12mn for the wash.
4. If the car is unable to be washed on the scheduled days, we will arrange for a make-up wash on the next immediate day.
5. Before we start, we will conduct a preliminary check for any scratches/dents or damage on your car.
6.. We will notify you via mobile once the wash has been completed, with BEFORE and AFTER pictures.

Wash Process
1 / Preliminary Check
We check for any scratches/dents before we start and take pictures.
2 / Water Rinse
We start by rinsing your car with water to create a consistently smooth surface for our car shampoo application.
3 / Rim Cleaning
We apply our rim cleanser and remove dirt and debris on the rims and tyres, leaving a sparkling clean wheel.
4 / Car Shampoo Application
Next, we apply our car shampoo (Chemical Guys / WaxCo) and ensure an even application on all surfaces using our microfibre wash mitt and sponges.
5 / Water Rinse
Water is then used to rinse the car thoroughly.
*Clean water is not contaminated with cloths used, unlike typical HDB car wash services.
6 / Drying
Microfibre cloths are used to dry all surfaces. They are gently applied on windows, and a sparkling clean car is left!
7 / Final Check & Report
Lastly, we check the car for any final touchups and send pictures of your car before and after the wash to your mobile.

FAQ
Q: What are your wash days/ and times?
A: We conduct our washes on Mondays from 8pm-12mn.

Q: What if I'm out and the car is not washed?
A: We will schedule a make-up wash on the next day.

Q: Where do you wash?
A: We wash at specific HDB carparks. Currently we are working on West Scape and West Edge@Bukit Batok!

Q: What products do you use in the carwash?
A: We use non-corrosive car shampoo (Chemical Guys/WaxCo) and rim cleanser with each wash, and microfibre mitts and cloths. Learn more about our entire wash process here!

Q: When is payment made and how?
A: Payment is made on a monthly basis, starting from the first date of payment or preferred start date. It will have a 1-month validity. For example, John would like his first wash to commence on 10th July. His 1-month validity will start on the 10th and the next payment due is on 10th August. Payment is done through bank transfer (our representative will reach out to you regarding the details).
